Involgize ‘Systems Strategy’

Using chapter 18 of “The E-Myth“, this article details the ‘Systems Strategy’ that has been created for IVG – revealing the tremendous power of reading and applying knowledge from the best business books in the world

3 Kinds of Systems

Involgize has three different systems within our business or intelligence movement:

  1. Hard Systems
  2. Soft Systems
  3. Information Systems

1. Hard Systems

Hard Systems are the unliving things that we use throughout IVG such as our websites; logos; black, white, and red colour scheme, and so on.

They are the tangible objects that create the physical foundation to support IVG’s overall operations and our consistent brand identity.

2. Soft Systems

Consistent with the 80/20 principle, we find that a few of our existing Involgizers (20 percent) are responsible for creating the majority of new Involgizers (80 percent) who join our intelligence movement.

This is because these existing Involgizers are, unknowingly, using some sort of selling system.

To put differently, they are able to sell IVG to others in a way that 80 percent of existing Invols aren’t, or cannot.

A selling system is a Soft System: a fully ochestrated six step interaction between an Involgizer and a Future Invol:

  1. Prospect
  2. Connect
  3. Qualify
  4. Present
  5. Handle Objections
  6. Closing and Follow-Up

1. Prospect

Involgizers with a strong ability to onboard Future Invols know that due to several factors such as the size of our organisation, its influences, and our collective experiences, the ideal audience (at the moment) tend to be males with African heritage that fall into one of four different categories:

  • Athletes
  • Professionals
  • Entrepreneurs
  • Students

This is also because the creator of IVG is a black British Ghanaian man who was heavily influenced by legendary African-American figures.

The result is that, in general, individuals from other ethnic groups will naturally find IVG too aggressive, intimidating, and intentional – as the brand has been purposely injected with a no-nonsense and non-conforming essence and personality to solve the education problem faced by black men collectively.

Nonetheless, it is for this reason that IVG can immediately appeal, and help, many males of African descent, effortlessly.

This does not mean that individuals with other racial identities, and genders, cannot become Involgizers.

Rather, experience reveals that they will just require more preparation, and personal transformation, in order to truly become an Invol – as explained within the Qualification section below.

2. Connect

The existing Involgizer has to make the initial contact with the Future Involgizer by call, email, DM, meeting, and so on, only with the intention of just showing some love.

This means that the aim of the contact is just to display real concern and interests in how the person is currently managing to navigate society with all its social ills and isms.

Nothing more, and nothing less.

It is for this reason that IVG is unlikely to have any real competition or competitors, as we truly do not have any agendas, and we are definitely not trying to just sell something to others.

Therefore, without genuine deep affection for our target audience, it is practically impossible to do what we do. And this is the way it suppose to be.

3. Qualification

Existing Involgizers must know how to ask Future Invols the right questions to understand their mindset, situation, needs, budget, and decision making process.

Significantly, only a few establish Involgizers know how to successfully identify Future Invols because, instead of trying to introduce IVG to everyone, they know that Involgize is likely to appeal to the following individuals only:

A person who…

  • highly values knowledge and intelligence
  • is committed to his/her personal development over and above the majority of other things
  • desires to always be one of the smartest people in a room
  • psychologically never gives up
  • is willing to do the work, instead of always looking for shortcuts as an approach to life
  • is willing to feel vulnerable
  • does not feel racially superior or suffer from racial fragility
  • is open to questioning any deeply held religious beliefs
  • is willing to break away from relationships with others who lack all, or some, of the above characteristics.

Introducing others to IVG knowing that they do not possess many, if not most, of the above qualities is likely to be a huge waste of an existing Invols time and energy.

This is because such a person will not be able to continue the IVG learning process without radical internal transformation, or seriously disrupting their most meaningful connections with his/her colleagues, family, and friends.

It is also often the case, however, that many who lack these qualities can gradually be prepared, and transitioned, over time.

But advisably it must be carried out seperately, away from any group dynamics.

Almost like a series of tests that they have to pass by reading key books one after another.

4. Presentation

Once the established Invol has a good sense of the Future Involgizer’s situation and current major problem, then he will explain exactly how IVG’s learning method may help them overcome it ultrafast.

To put it differently, the majority of the problems that people experience stem from being poorly or mis-educated. This also includes many of the brightest and most credentialised individuals in society.

As a result, an experienced Invol is typically able to show a Future Involgizer exactly where to find the information that will assist them to solve their pressing challenge within minutes or, at the least, point him or her in the right direction straight away.

5. Objections

Future Invols commonly have the following concerns or objections in relation to IVG:

  1. People who read a lot are only book smart so lack emotional intelligence

    IVG encourages a person to read the best books in the world that will allow them to supercharge their multiple intelligences (spiritual, financial, mental, physical, and social)
  2. People who read a lot are not action orientated (fail to take action)

    IVG insist that a person reads book to solve his or her practical life problems immediately and as their priority
  3. People who read heavily do not make a lot of money

    Involgizers are encourage to read books that places particular emphasis on the development of their financial literacy, including their capacity to create wealth and income
  4. Will following IVG mean that they will no longer be able to read fiction

    Invols are reminded that they must consciously decide for themselves whether to read fiction or non-fiction as we only expect a person to become more conscious of all of their decisions in life.

    Also, Invols are made aware that reading fiction is brilliant for learning how to think deeply, analyse society, and build spiritual intelligence.
  5. Will following IVG cause a person’s mind to be controlled by Involgizers

    The IVG learning process teaches Invols how to become true independent thinker so that they can choose to disconnect from IVG, without consequence, at any point in future
  6. Will following IVG mean that an individual will have to stop doing things that they find fun or enjoyable

    IVG will never seek to tell Invols what they can or cannot do for fun or enjoyment, or dictate how they should or should not live their lives
  7. Will following IVG mean that a person will have to schedule every minute of their day and week.

    Invols are taught how to use our stress-free weekly and daily planning system that places emphasis on working smarter, full recovery, and overall life-balance.
  8. Will following IVG mean that a person will be pressured by the others to deal with all of their weaknesses by force.

    IVG reminds Invols that they are in total control of the depth and pace of their learning process, as Involgize is created to act just as a brilliant support mechanism in the world concerning the their unique genius.

    Therefore, Invols are never automatically added to any group activity, and more importantly we offer assistance on the assumption that they may never choose to participate in any.

  9. IVG encourages others to adopt new age spiritual beliefs and reject traditional religions and religious practices.

    Involgizers are encouraged to develop their own religious or spiritual beliefs in whatever direction they think or feel is necessary, as we see spiritual growth as a never-ending journey.

6. Closing and Follow-Up

After explaining to Future Invols exactly how IVG can be used to easily solve a major problem that they are, currently, facing…

And recommending a powerful book that they can purchase immediately to start applying a solution…

You take their contact details so that you can follow up, the next day or so, to ensure that they are working towards achieving their desired results.

An experienced Involgizer will continue to check up on the Future Invol once every 7 days, and start sharing inspiring IVG digital content, to motivate the Invol to

  • continue reading for at least 20 minutes every day, and
  • complete at least 3 problem-solving books every 3 months.

The E-Myth Power Point Selling System

The Power Point Selling Process is actually a series of scripts definining the entire interaction between a salesperson and the customer:

  1. The Appointment Presentation
  2. The Needs Analysis Presentation
  3. The Solutions Presentation

In our case, it is the conversation that takes place when an established Involgizer is successfully onboarding a Future Invol.

1. The Appointment Presentation

    The Appointment Presentation is the series of words used to move the Future Invol from where he or she is psychologically, to the next stage of the selling process: The Needs Analysis Presentation.

    For example:

    Tom: “Yo, do you know that you have a unique two-word genius…

    “That you have been using your unqiue genius every day without knowing…

    “That your unqiue genius can be easily found and developed if you read a book that we recommend…

    “That no two people have exactly the same two-words genius…

    “That your unique genius will let you know exactly what your purpose is in life…“

    Future Involgizer: “What is the book”

    Tom: “The book is called Is Your Genius at Work?“…

    “Let me send you a picture of the book to your phone…

    “What is your whatsapp number…

    “We can show you how to read the book in less than an hour and start doing the exercises if you read with our short book called Inspectional Reading…

    “Let me send you the link to the our book…

    “We are also on Instagram and Substack, and we also have a website.”

    2. The Needs Analysis Presentation

    The purpose of the Needs Analysis Presentation is to make sure that Future Invols (1) feel completely understood, (2) sees how their frustrations are solved by IVG solutions, and (3) are moved towards the Solution Presentation:

    For example:

    Tom: “What do you do in your life?…

    “What is your background (athlete, student, professional, or entrepreneur, etc)?…

    “What are you trying to achieve in the next 3 years or so?…

    “What would you say is your biggest challenge or weakness at the moment?”

    “IVG is an intelligence movement that we have designed to allow you to achieve your goals and master your genius fast…

    “It is something that has been developed over 25 years…

    “The founder is a lawyer and has read around 800 books so we can show you how to develop super fast in relation to more or less every area (spiritual, mental, financial, physical, and social).”

    3. The Solutions Presentation

    The Solutions Presentation is the final sales and easiest step in the selling process.

    This is because if the established Involgizer has successfully carried out their role effectively to this point, then the Future Invol has already bought in to IVG.

    During the Needs Analysis Presentation, the Future Invol was encourage to see and feel their problems and frustrations on a deeper level.

    And further appreciate how these problems and frustrations are typically just a natural part of the design of the wider society and system.

    The result is that the Future Invol will be able to build an emotional and rational commitment towards IVG, without any hard sale or force, as the Solution Presentation reveals how are products and services address the root cuase of their issues.

    In short, the way an expert Involgizer sells IVG and onboards new Involgizers is called a Soft System. We have to connect it to an Information System, however, to measure and increase its effectiveness.

    3. Information Systems

    The IVG Information System should provide us with the following data concerning the application of our Soft System:

    Information:

    How many propects were spoken to this week?

    Benchmark:

    How many whatsapp numbers were collected this month?

    Benchmark:

    How many Needs Analysis Presentations were carried out this week?

    Benchmark:

    How many digital asset links were sent out this week: Solution Presentation?

    Benchmark:

    How many IVG digital assets where sold this week?

    Benchmark:

    What was the average dollar value of the digital assets sold this month?

    Benchmark:

    Armed with the data from our Information System, we will be able to see the rate of conversion that takes place between any two of our Benchmarks – and develop, control, and change our Soft (selling) System.

    Conclusion

    Most, if not all, of the problems that majority of Invols face can be solved by following the advice from a great book.

    But reading that book will create a new problem of knowing how to read fast and effectively. This is where our ‘Inspectional Reading’ book comes into play.

    Then learning from a book will cause the problem of having to take smart notes or write in order to really apply what we learn, so we have the book ‘Book Reviewing‘.

    Then, becoming a more effective person will require more reading so a person will need to know how to master their time and focus. This is where ‘Weekly Planning’ and ‘Daily Planning‘ comes into play.

    Then, becoming more effective will cause a person to feel isolated from the majority of people who have been intentionally made to be ineffective, so we have created IVG Community to provide peer group support.

    Finally, once a person becomes successful, they are highly likely to want to become super-successful faster and faster, so this is where regular conversations with a Master Involgizer becomes necessary and truly valuable.

    All in all, when we teach an individual how to move from being an Involgizer to a Master Involgizers, to a Grandmaster Involgizers, this is in fact the same process required to turn a person into an excellent IVG salesperson…

    As everybody can sell something that they have studied deeply, believe in, and heavily use.

    So, IVG will be operating on full auto-pilot when we have at least 7 Involgizers (a practice) teaching others how to Involgize by sharing our digital content, their experience, running their own quarterly meet-ups, and so on.

    Moreover, we will know how to improve everything by how well we measure, collect data, and assess the hidden benchmark relationships (Information System) concerning our Soft System actions.

    Essentially, a truly successful and franchisable business is a fully integrated system with one thing always affecting the other.

    Therefore, the success development of IVG will come down to how well we appreciate the interconnection between our primary aim, strategic objective, organisational strategy, management strategy, people strategy, marketing strategy, and systems strategy.
